Who writes The DeFi Report?
My name is Michael, and I am an avid enthusiast for personal finance, data, crypto, blockchain technology, psychology/human behavior, history, financial markets, macroeconomics, business, start-ups, real estate, and sports.
In addition to running The DeFi Report, I am a strategic advisor to multiple start-ups and asset managers. I am also a guest lecturer at UConn Business Schoo, a guest writer at Coindesk, and the creator of The Ethereum Investment Framework.
I’ve been conducting research, studying onchain data, investing, and writing about public blockchains and protocols since 2019. My web3 experience also includes a 1.5-year stint as Director of Ecosystem Strategy at Inveniam where I sat at the unique intersection of crypto, web3, and traditional capital markets.
Prior to launching The DeFi Report, I worked at a family office and spent 10 years doing finance/accounting in the Commercial Real Estate industry at Boston Properties and later MIT Investment Management Company. I began learning about blockchain technology during my time at MIT back in 2017.
Please feel free to respond directly to the newsletter if you’re interested in working with me.
Kind Regards,
Michael
